Patient Rights Charter

In line with the Patient Rights Charter issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), every patient at our hospital is entitled to the following:

• The right to quality, safe healthcare
• The right to informed consent before any procedure
• The right to a clear estimate of treatment costs
• The right to access copies of one's medical records and reports
• The right to privacy and dignified treatment
• The right to seek a second medical opinion
• The right to raise grievances and receive a response
