What to Bring for Your First Visit

• A valid ID proof (Aadhaar card / Voter ID)
• Previous medical reports and prescriptions, if any
• A list of current medications
• Insurance or government health scheme documents, if applicable

What to Expect

After registering at reception, a nurse will take your initial vitals. The doctor will then discuss your concerns in detail and recommend any necessary tests.

Parking & Access

Free parking is available on the hospital premises, and wheelchair access is provided on all floors.
